During this workshop, participants will gain a framework of human resource management for theatre. We will discuss hiring and retention, termination protocol, and compensation and benefits through the lens of small, nonprofit theatre. Learn ways to attract competitive talent and gage expectations of short-term talent hires. Through articles, theatre scenarios, and Q & A, participants will leave with a foundation to make better informed HR decisions.⁠ ⁠
