Calling all Black, Indigenous, People of Color writers in Philadelphia who are passionate about storytelling through plays, musicals, songs, or operas! Join The Dramatists Guild for an in-person event on February 26th from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Parkway Central Library, 1901 Vine St, Philadelphia, PA 19103, Room 108, First Floor.

This event will provide you with the tools you need to thrive in your creative journey while breaking free from exploitative systems. Building a Community of Unity This gathering is more than just an event; it's a space for BIPOC writers like you to come together, connect, and strengthen your sense of belonging within the Dramatists Guild. We're committed to providing you with knowledge and resources to ensure you can advocate for equitable compensation and support for your labor. At our Advocacy Night, we'll offer valuable insights and guidance to help you advocate for yourself effectively, both within and beyond this event. Unlock your rights and resources as a playwright, composer, lyricist, or librettist! Join us on February 26th for an evening of motivation, education, and community-building.
