​The Dramatists Guild is thrilled to announce the launch of a new series of Advocacy Night around the United States. Beginning January 15, these free events will help theatre writers build community while learning about available resources and their rights in process and production.

This in-person event will be your chance to come together with your fellow writers, both to build community and to discover the rights and resources that are available to you as a playwright, composer, lyricist, or librettist.

We recognize that you work hard to craft your plays, musicals, songs, and operas. We want to make sure that you have the tools to negotiate for equitable compensation and support in exchange for your labor. Let us help you advocate for yourself at our Advocacy Night and beyond.
